Preview - Monday, April 30th from 4PM till 6PM
Auction Ends - Monday, April 30th at 7PM - The auction will end at 3 lots per minute with time extensions to 59 seconds if a bid is placed in the last 59 seconds of the item ending.
Pick-Up Time(s) - Tuesday, May 1st from 8AM till 10AM and from 4PM till 6PM.
If you do not pick-up your items on pick-up day, you will be charged a flat $5 storage fee. We will gather your item(s) and move them to our storage area. This applies to everyone and will be effective immediately, regardless of how many items you purchase. We're happy to work with you on pick-up but, need to get items moved as quickly as possible. We aren't trying to be mean, we just really need our floor space (for those who have seen the inside of the shop lately, you know what we mean) and we need everyone to play by the same rules.
A 15% buyer's premium does apply to all purchases, cash payments will receive a 3% discount. VA sales tax also applies to all purchases.
All items are sold as-is and where-is. Please read all terms and conditions prior to bidding.

All items are sold AS-IS & WHERE-IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, odors, etc.
Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition.
When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.
Preview is strongly suggested to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.
Bidding:
You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to the auction.
All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid.
We respect your privacy. We will not release your information to anyone.
Payment:
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00 plus tax. A 3% discount is applied to all cash payments.
Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Cash or GOOD check.
Payment will be accepted at time of pick-up. If items are not picked-up by the designated time, your card will be charged for your purchase(s).
Preview:
Preview is an “open house” to allow customers to inspect items before bidding.
Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item.
Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.
Pickup:
All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s).
Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Lucky Dog Auction Company (unless other arrangements have been made).
Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading.
