July Consignment Auction

July Consignment Auction is open for bidding and has something for everyone! Automobiles, Tractor, Sea Doo, Furniture, Collectibles, Signs, Blue Glass Jars, Coach Purses and much more!  Preview - Wednesday, July 3rd from 2PM till 6PM at Lucky Dog Auction - 19875 VHG Hwy Rocky Mount, VA 24151 Closes - Sunday, July 7th beginning at 7:30PM. Auction will close at 4 lots per minute. If a bid is placed in the last 59 seconds of an item ending, that item will be extened to 59 seconds to give everyone else an opportunity to bid again (just like a live auction).  Pickup/Removal - Monday, July 8th from 10AM till 6PM at Lucky Dog Auction. If your items are not picked up at this scheduled time, a $6 storage fee will be applied to your bill. If you have not picked your items up by 6PM on scheduled pickup day, the card you registered with will be charged for your purchases plus the storage fee. 15% buyers premium does apply to all purchases. If your bill is $100, the total will be $115 + VA sales tax. If you pay with cash or check, you will receive a 3% discount on the buyer premium.  All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied.

Payment: Invoices will be sent out directly after the auction ends. A payment link will be provided in that email. Payment can be made with that link or payment can be made in-house the following day at pickup. All payments need to be paid/complete by 6:30PM the following day of the auction.

Registration authorization:
Registration authorization is required for first time bidders prior to bidding and will be authorized on your credit card. The $50.00 is held by your individual bank or credit card company according to the length of time that they hold authorizations. This is NOT a charge from the auction company and is similar to putting down a credit card to hold a hotel reservation. If you do not make any purchases, you will have no charges against your account. This authorization is separate from your purchases and will not be applied to your final payment as it is ONLY authorized and not charged to your account.


All items are sold AS-IS & WHERE-IS with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.


READ WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON BEFORE YOU BID. We are not responsible for your negligence. We can not retract a bid. If you win an item, you will pay for it. We can not "undo" your purchase. If payment is not received or card is declined, we will contact you promptly to collect payment. If payment is not received within 48 hours of sale ending, you will receive a certified letter from one of our local attorneys. Please pay for your items. If you have any doubt that you'll not be able to pay for your item or items, do not bid.


Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, odors, etc.


Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition.


When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.


Preview is strongly suggested to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.


Pick-up Details:
All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time. If items are not picked up at scheduled pick-up time a $6 non-negotiable and non-refundable fee will be added to your final bill. If items are not picked-up within 5 business days after scheduled pickup, items will be forfeit to Lucky Dog Auction Company LLC to be resold/donated/or discarded. PLEASE COME GET YOUR ITEMS.


Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not able to assist in loading, due to insurance regulations.


Bidding:
You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to the auction.


All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid.


We respect your privacy. We will not release your information to anyone.


Payment:
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00 plus tax. Cash payments will receive a 3% discount on the buyer's premium.


Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Cash or GOOD check.


Payment will be accepted at time of pick-up. If items are not picked-up by the designated time, your card will be charged for your purchase(s) promptly upon schedule pick-up time ending + the $6 storage fee.


Preview:
Preview is an “open house” to allow customers to inspect items before bidding.


Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item.


Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.
