 ease Note: All items are sold as-is and where-is with no war
 ranty expressed or implied. There is a 15% buyer premium tha
 t applies to all purchases\, as does Virginia State Sales Tax
 . Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash 
 or check. If you are sales tax exempt please bring your ST-1
 8 or ST-10\, we can't remove sales tax without one of these c
 ompleted forms. Titles will not be issued on the day of the 
 pickup\, they will be mailed USPS Priority Mail after payment
  clears (No Exceptions).
