 eginning at 7PM. The auction will close at 3 lots per minute
  with one minute extensions.  Preview/Open-House - Thursday
 \, August 29th from 2PM until 5:30PM at 5333 Oakland Blvd Hol
 lins\, VA 24019. Removal/Pickup - Friday\, August 30th from 10
 AM until 5:30PM - You will need to bring help to load and bo
 xes/totes for small items. Auction staff will not be able to
  assist in loading.  Please Note: All items are sold as-is 
 and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. There is
  a 15% buyer premium that applies to all purchases. Receive 
 a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or check.
