 ost to transfer firearms is $15.00. The $15 fee will be adde
 d to your invoice. If you transfer 4 or more guns in the sam
 e day the fee will be an additional $5 equating to a $20 fee
 . The $20 fee is only applicable to purchasers who are regis
 tering 4 or more guns at a time. Fees are applicable to VA s
 tate sales tax. Please Note: All items are sold as-is and w
 here-is with no warranty expressed or implied. There is a 15
 % buyer premium that applies to all purchases\, as does VA sa
 les tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying wit
 h cash or check. There is a $15 transfer fee for 3 firearms 
 or less\, 4 or more is $20. The transfer fee will be added to
  your invoice at the end of the auction. Lucky Dog Auction i
 s a licensed FFL dealer. All local\, state\, and federal laws 
 apply.  Background checks are conducted on the premises at 
 time of payment. Please bring a concealed weapons permit to 
 purchase more than one handgun at a time. If you do not have
  a concealed weapons permit you may only purchase one handgu
 n per 30 days. If you have renewed your drivers license rec
 ently: 30 days must have passed since that renewal date to p
 urchase a firearm. Your ID MUST have your current address li
 sted.
