 day\, September 9th by Appt. Only. If you show up without an 
 appointment to pickup a firearm\, you will be reminded to sch
 edule a pickup slot.    There will be a link in the invoic
 e emailed to you after the auction ends that will allow you 
 to choose a date/time for your background check. You will ne
 ed to bring a current ID with your current physical address 
 listed on the ID. If purchasing more than one handgun you wi
 ll need to present your concealed carry permit. Cost to tran
 sfer firearms is $15.00. The $15 fee will be added to your i
 nvoice. If you transfer 4 or more guns\, the fee will be an a
 dditional $5 equating to a $20 fee. The $20 fee is only appl
 icable to purchasers who are registering 4 or more guns at a
  time. Fees are applicable to VA state sales tax. If you pur
 chase more than (1) handgun and do NOT have a concealed hand
 gun permit\, Lucky Dog Auction & Realty will hold your handgu
 n until 30 days have passed. The handgun must be paid in ful
 l and there is $15/month storage fee... Out of State ID hold
 ers: Please note: Virginia laws prohibit the transfer of han
 dguns to out of state buyers. If you are not a Virginia resi
 dent\, you will need to make arrangements to have your handgu
 n shipped (at your expense) to a Federal Firearms Licensee i
 n your state of residency to complete the transfer in your h
 ome state. *Your ID MUST show your Current Physical AddressÂ
  - NO PO boxes. If your ID does not show your physical addre
 ss you will need either update your ID or present two other 
 forms of GOVERNMENT Issued IDs with your current physical ad
 dress. Government issued IDs examples include\, Fishing Licen
 se\, Conceal Carry Permit\, Voter's Registration Card\, Car Reg
