 ote - All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warrant
 y expressed or implied. There is a 15% buyer premium that ap
 plies to all purchases\, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% d
 iscount off the premium by paying with cash or good check. N
 o out of state personal checks will be accepted. Bring your 
 ST-18 or ST-10 Forms for tax exempt.  Frequently asked ques
 tions: Do you have any equipment to help load?  Yes\, We ha
 ve a telehandler. There will be staff on duty to assist with
  loading. Where/ How do I pay? You can pay with Cash\, Card\, 
 Check\, Wire\, or Cashiers Check. Please come to the lower gar
 age where we will accept your payment and print your receipt
 . You will need a paid receipt before loading.  What if I a
 m Tax Exempt? Please bring the applicable tax forms filled o
 ut to pickup. We will keep a copy of your tax form on file (
 must be updated yearly). *We cannot accept out-of state tax 
 exempt certificates. Virginia does not honor out of state ta
 x exemptions.
