 ary 20th at 7pm - Preview/Open House: Monday\, March 9th from
  10am-5pm - Auction Closes: Monday\, March 9th beginning at 7
 pm - Pickup/Removal: Tuesday\, March 10th & Wednesday\, March 
 11th by Appointment Only.  Pickup is scheduled over two day
 s. If you’re unable to make the scheduled pickup\, a $25 co
 nvenience fee will apply for arranging an alternate pickup. 
  If you show up without an appointment to pickup\, you will 
 be reminded to schedule a pickup slot.  Pickup will be by a
 ppointment only. There will be a link in the invoice emailed
  to you to the sign up schedule AFTER the auction ends. Fo
 llow the link on your invoice to sign up for a date and time
  slot.  Please Note - All items are sold as-is and where-i
 s with no warranty expressed or implied. There is a 15% buye
 r premium that applies to all purchases\, as does VA sales ta
 x. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash
  or good check. No out of state personal checks will be acce
 pted. Bring your ST-18 or ST-10 Forms for tax exempt.  Freq
 uently asked questions: Do you have any equipment to help lo
 ad?  Yes\, We have a telehandler. There will be staff on du
 ty to assist with loading. Where/ How do I pay? You can pay
  with Cash\, Card\, Check\, Wire\, or Cashiers Check. Please com
 e to the lower garage where we will accept your payment and 
 print your receipt. You will need a paid receipt before load
 ing.  What if I am Tax Exempt? Please bring the applicable
  tax forms filled out to pickup. We will keep a copy of your
  tax form on file (must be updated yearly). *We cannot accep
 t out-of state tax exempt certificates. Virginia does not ho
 nor out of state tax exemptions.
