 r two days. If you’re unable to make the scheduled pickup\,
  a $25 convenience fee will apply for arranging an alternate
  pickup.  If you show up without an appointment to pickup\, 
 you will be reminded to schedule a pickup slot.  Pickup wil
 l be by appointment only. There will be a link in the invoic
 e emailed to you to the sign up schedule AFTER the auction
  ends. Follow the link on your invoice to sign up for a date
  and time slot.  Please Note - All items are sold as-is an
 d where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. There is a
  15% buyer premium that applies to all purchases\, as does VA
  sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying 
 with cash or good check. No out of state personal checks wil
 l be accepted. Bring your ST-18 or ST-10 Forms for tax exemp
 t.  Frequently asked questions: Do you have any equipment t
 o help load?  Yes\, We have a telehandler. There will be st
 aff on duty to assist with loading. Where/ How do I pay? Yo
 u can pay with Cash\, Card\, Check\, Wire\, or Cashiers Check. P
 lease come to the lower garage where we will accept your pay
 ment and print your receipt. You will need a paid receipt be
 fore loading.  What if I am Tax Exempt? Please bring the a
 pplicable tax forms filled out to pickup. We will keep a cop
 y of your tax form on file (must be updated yearly). *We can
 not accept out-of state tax exempt certificates. Virginia do
 es not honor out of state tax exemptions.
