  over 4 days. If you’re unable to make the scheduled pick
 up\, a $25 convenience fee will apply for arranging an altern
 ate pickup. Pickup will be by appointment only. You will rec
 eive a text following the conclusion of the auction which wi
 ll direct you to sign up for an available pickup time slot.
   Please Note - All items are sold as-is and where-is with
  no warranty expressed or implied. There is a 15% buyer prem
 ium that applies to all purchases\, as does VA sales tax. Rec
 eive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or go
 od check. No out of state personal checks will be accepted. 
 Bring your ST-18 or ST-10 Forms for tax exempt.  Frequently
  asked questions: Do you have any equipment to help load? Â
  Yes\, We have a telehandler. There will be staff on duty to 
 assist with loading. Where/ How do I pay? You can pay with 
 Cash\, Card\, Check\, Wire\, or Cashiers Check. Please come to t
 he lower garage where we will accept your payment and print 
 your receipt. You will need a paid receipt before loading. 
  What if I am Tax Exempt? Please bring the applicable tax f
 orms filled out to pickup. We will keep a copy of your tax f
 orm on file (must be updated yearly). *We cannot accept out-
 of state tax exempt certificates. Virginia does not honor ou
 t of state tax exemptions.
