 over two days. If you’re unable to make the scheduled pick
 up\, a $25 convenience fee will apply for arranging an altern
 ate pickup.  If you show up without an appointment to picku
 p\, you will be reminded to schedule a pickup slot.  Pickup 
 will be by appointment only. There will be a link in the inv
 oice emailed to you to the sign up schedule AFTER the auct
 ion ends. Follow the link on your invoice to sign up for a d
 ate and time slot.  Please Note - All items are sold as-is
  and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. There i
 s a 15% buyer premium that applies to all purchases\, as does
  VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by payi
 ng with cash or good check. No out of state personal checks 
 will be accepted. Bring your ST-18 or ST-10 Forms for tax ex
 empt.  Frequently asked questions: Do you have any equipmen
 t to help load?  Yes\, We have a telehandler. There will be
  staff on duty to assist with loading. Where/ How do I pay?Â
  You can pay with Cash\, Card\, Check\, Wire\, or Cashiers Check
 . Please come to the lower garage where we will accept your 
 payment and print your receipt. You will need a paid receipt
  before loading.  What if I am Tax Exempt? Please bring th
 e applicable tax forms filled out to pickup. We will keep a 
 copy of your tax form on file (must be updated yearly). *We 
 cannot accept out-of state tax exempt certificates. Virginia
  does not honor out of state tax exemptions.
