 anty expressed or implied. There is a 15% buyer premium that
  applies to all purchases\, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3
 % discount off the premium by paying with cash or good check
 . No out of state personal checks will be accepted. Bring yo
 ur ST-18 or ST-10 Forms for tax exempt.  Frequently asked q
 uestions: Do you have any equipment to help load?  Yes\, We
  have a telehandler. There will be staff on duty to assist w
 ith loading. Where/ How do I pay? You can pay with Cash\, Ca
 rd\, Check\, Wire\, or Cashiers Check. Please come to the lower
  garage where we will accept your payment and print your rec
 eipt. You will need a paid receipt before loading.  What if
  I am Tax Exempt? Please bring the applicable tax forms fil
 led out to pickup. We will keep a copy of your tax form on f
 ile (must be updated yearly). *We cannot accept out-of state
  tax exempt certificates. Virginia does not honor out of sta
 te tax exemptions.
