 e scheduled pickup\, a $25 convenience fee will apply for arr
 anging an alternate pickup. Pickup will be by appointment on
 ly. You will receive a text following the conclusion of the 
 auction which will direct you to sign up for an available p
 ickup time slot.  Please Note - All items are sold as-is a
 nd where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. There is 
 a 15% buyer premium that applies to all purchases\, as does V
 A sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying
  with cash or good check. No out of state personal checks wi
 ll be accepted. Bring your ST-18 or ST-10 Forms for tax exem
 pt.  Frequently asked questions: Do you have any equipment 
 to help load?  Yes\, We have a telehandler. There will be s
 taff on duty to assist with loading. Where/ How do I pay? Y
 ou can pay with Cash\, Card\, Check\, Wire\, or Cashiers Check. 
 Please come to the lower garage where we will accept your pa
 yment and print your receipt. You will need a paid receipt b
 efore loading.  What if I am Tax Exempt? Please bring the 
 applicable tax forms filled out to pickup. We will keep a co
 py of your tax form on file (must be updated yearly). *We ca
 nnot accept out-of state tax exempt certificates. Virginia d
 oes not honor out of state tax exemptions.
