 fee: $15 per transaction $20 flat fee for 4 or more firearms
  transferred in one day Virginia Regulations: Without a vali
 d concealed handgun permit: 1 handgun per 30 days With a va
 lid concealed handgun permit: no limit No limit on long gun
 s with approved background check Non-Virginia Residents: VA 
 law requires Non-Virginia Residents to transfer handguns to
  an FFL in their home state. Handguns must be shipped to a F
 FL Dealer in your home state and the transfer must be comple
 ted there. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs incurre
