  cashier's check or certified check made payable to yourself

  for any and all closing cost. A 10% buyer's premium will be
  added to the final bid\, and will become part of the purchas

 praisal\, inspection\, etc. Pre-approved (no later than 5PM on
  01/19/18) broker participation is compensated. All informat
