  staff can't assist in removal. If your items are not picked
  up at scheduled pickup\, your card will be charged and your 
 items will be forfeited. No exceptions.  15% buyer premium 
 does apply. Example: If your items add up to $100\, the total
  will be $115 + VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the 
 buyer premium by paying with cash or good check. All items a
 re sold as-is and where-is with no warranty expressed or imp
 lied.
