 ime in the house. If you buy furniture\, BRING HELP. We will 
 not be assisting in loading/removal. We will be making sure 
 surfaces stay sanitized and that social distancing guideline
 s are being followed. We will be strictly enforcing the 5 pe
 rson limit inside the house.  All items are sold as-is and 
 where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. Please note 
 the 15% buyer premium\, it will be applied to all purchases\, 
 as will VA sales tax. If at all possible\, we would appreciat
 e if you could pay the online invoice before with card after
  the auction. We will still be accepting cash/check but\, car
 d payments are preferred for now.
