 om NOON till 6:00PM at Lucky Dog Auction Company (19875 Virg
 il H Goode Hwy Rocky Mount\, VA 24151) Pickup/Removal - Tuesd
 ay\, June 30th from 9AM till 6PM -  Please Note: Our gate wi
 ll not open until 9AM. Please Note: Any firefighting items s
 old\, 100% of sold/hammer price will be donated to the Rocky 
 Mount Volunteer Fire Department.  15% buyer premium does ap
 ply (example: you buy a $100 worth of items\, your total will
  be $115 + tax)\, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount
  off the premium by paying with cash or good check. Any cash
  payment over $10k will require a Form 8300 to be completed 
 (Bring this with you). All items are sold as-is and where-is
 . We highly encourage open house/preview so you can satisfy 
 yourself of the condition of the item(s) prior to bidding. P
 lease make sure you bring help to load! We do have fork lift
 s for equipment\, machinery\, etc. You will need to sign a rel
 ease of liability waiver for assistance with loading. All ot
 her items\, bring help. Staff can not assist in loading due t
 o insurance purposes. If you are tax exempt\, you will need t
 o bring us a completed ST-10 or ST-18. Only select items are
  tax exempt with the ST-18. Sales tax will not be removed un
 til we have a signed/completed VA tax exempt form on file. P
