 nning at 7:30PM. It will close at 3 lots per minute with 1 m
 inute extensions if a bid is placed in the final 59 seconds 
 (or less).  Removal/Pickup - Tuesday\, August 18th from NOON
  until 8PM at 1140 Boardwalk Drive Moneta\, VA 24121. This is
  the ONLY removal date. If you don't pickup your items at th
 e scheduled time\, your card will be charged and the item(s) 
 will be forfeited to Lucky Dog Auction Company LLC\, no excep
 tions. This house has been sold and this is the ONLY availab
 le date for removal. Please bring help if you buy many and/o
 r heavy items\, auction staff will not be able to assist in l
 oading.  Payment - Payment will be collected on pickup day.
  Cash\, check\, or credit card accepted. Receive a 3% discount
  off the buyer premium by paying with cash or GOOD check.
