 0PM We are a Licensed Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer. All 
 Federal/State/Local Laws Apply. Unless you have a Va Conceal
 ed Handgun Permit\, you can only purchase one handgun per mon
 th in the state of Va. IF you have a VA Concealed Handgun Pe
 rmit\, there are no limits on the amount of handguns you may 
 purchase. You can purchase as many long guns as you wish wit
 h a satisfactory background check approved by Virginia State
  Police. Background Checks are conducted on site at the time
  of pick up. Please do not bid if you cannot legally own a f
 irearm. Cost to transfer firearms is $15.00. The $15 fee wil
 l be added to your invoice. If you transfer 4 or more guns i
 n the same day the fee will be an additional $5 equating to 
 a $20 fee. The $20 fee is only applicable to purchasers who 
 are registering 4 or more guns at a time. Fees are applicabl
 e to VA state sales tax. Current Photo ID with current physi
 cal address is required for all firearm purchases. (PO Box d
 oes NOT meet requirement). You must have a state issued id w
 ith CURRENT physical address. We cannot accept expired Drive
 rs Licenses or Expired Concealed Carry Licenses. If your ID 
 has been recently renewed: 30 days must have elapsed since t
 he date of issue of an original or duplicate driver’s lice
 nse unless a copy of the Virginia DMV Driver’s record show
 s the original date of issue was more than 30 days. Preview:
  Preview is an “open house” to allow customers to inspec
 t items prior to bidding. Guns are only available for inspec
 tion during the listed preview dates and times. Buyer is res
 ponsible to verify the caliber\, safety\, and integrity of any
  and all firearms. Items are identified by the lot number af
 fixed to the items. Preview is highly recommended so that yo
 u may discern the quality\, size\, condition\, weight\, item loc
 ation\, and all other variables that are difficult to convey 
 in a photo. Unless specifically noted in the description\, it
  is safe to assume the items have not been tested. You are w
 elcome and encouraged to test any item during the scheduled 
 preview times. Bidding: You must be registered to place a bi
 d on an item. By placing a bid\, you agree to all the terms a
 nd conditions that apply to that auction. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL
 . Note: All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warran
 ty expressed or implied. A 15% buyer premium applies to all 
 purchases\, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off t
 he premium by paying with cash or good check.
