Preview Date - Time - Location: Monday, April 1st from NOON till 6:30PM at 19875 VHG Hwy Rocky Mount, VA 24151 (Lucky Dog Auction Company World Headquarters)
Payment - Accepted the day of pickup. Cash, Good Check, or Credit Card. Cash and Good Check payments will receive a 3% discount off the buyer premium. We will email all invoices at the end of the auction, there is a payment link included, feel free to complete your payment online with this link if you plan on paying with a credit card.
Auction Closes - Monday, April 1st beginning at 7:00PM - Auction will close at 3 lots per minute. If a bid is placed in the last 59 seconds of an item ending, that item will be extended to 59 seconds to give everyone else an opportunity to bid (just like a live auction)
Pickup/Removal - Tuesday, April 2nd from 10AM till 6:30PM at Lucky Dog Auction Company World Headquarters. If items are not picked up on this day and time, your credit card will be charged for your purchases and a $6 storage fee will be applied to your bill. Any items not picked up within 5 business days of scheduled pickup will be considered forfeited and become property of Lucky Dog Auction Company LLC to be re-sold, donated, or disposed of as we see fit. PLEASE BRING HELP TO MOVE HEAVY ITEMS. Due to insurance regulations, auction staff can not assist with moving.
Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax - 15% buyer's premium does apply to all purchases, as does Virginia Sales tax. If your purchases are $100, the total will be $115 + tax. If sales tax exempt, please make sure we have a copy of the Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption FORM ST-10. We can't remove the sales tax unless we have this form on file before checkout. Cash or good check will receive a 3% discount off the buyer premium.

Registration authorization is required for first time bidders prior to bidding and will be authorized on your credit card. The $50.00 is held by your individual bank or credit card company according to the length of time that they hold authorizations. This is NOT a charge from the auction company and is similar to putting down a credit card to hold a hotel reservation. If you do not make any purchases, you will have no charges against your account. This authorization is separate from your purchases and will not be applied to your final payment as it is ONLY authorized and not charged to your account.

READ WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON BEFORE YOU BID. We are not responsible for your negligence. We can not retract a bid. If you win an item, you will pay for it. We can not "undo" your purchase. If payment is not received or card is declined, we will contact you promptly to collect payment. If payment is not received within 48 hours of sale ending, you will receive a certified letter from one of our local attorneys. Please pay for your items. If you have any doubt that you'll not be able to pay for your item or items, do not bid.
Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, odors, etc.

Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not able to assist in loading, due to insurance regulations.
You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to the auction.
All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid.

Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item.
Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.
