Shipping is available on all items, at the buyers expense. Wire transfer payment will be required for shipping (NO CREDIT CARDS).
Please Note: All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. There is a 15% buyer premium that applies to all purchases, as does Virginia sales tax. NO VIRGINIA SALES TAX ON GOLD OR SILVER BULLION AND LEGAL TENDER COINS. There is a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or good check.

Bidding Opens - Saturday, January 3rd at 6PM
Bidding Closes - Monday, January 12th beginning at 7PM
Preview/Open-House - Monday, January 12th from 2PM until 5PM at 1807 Sam Lions Trail Martinsville, VA 24112
Removal/Pickup - Tuesday. January 13th from 10AM until 5PM at 1807 Sam Lions Trail Martinsville, VA 24112
Lucky Dog Auction & Realty, INC provides this Abandonment Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding any purchased item(s)/property that has not been removed by a buyer during the allotted scheduled pickup time. Upon winning the bid for an item(s), after paying for item(s) purchased, a buyer is obligated to remove the item(s) from the auction site within the scheduled pickup time. Items not picked up at time of pickup will be forfeited and your card will be charged - no exceptions.
