Bidding Closes: Monday, May 4th beginning at 7pm Preview/Open House: Saturday, May 2nd from 9am - NOON & Monday, May 4th from 10am-5pm Pickup/Removal: Tuesday, May 5th - Friday, May 8th from 10am-5pm by Appointment Only. Pickup is scheduled over 4 days. If you’re unable to make the scheduled pickup, a $25 convenience fee will apply for arranging an alternate pickup. Pickup will be by appointment only. There will be a link in the invoice emailed to you to the sign up schedule AFTER the auction ends. Follow the link on your invoice to sign up for a date and time slot. Please Note - All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. There is a 15% buyer premium that applies to all purchases, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or good check. No out of state personal checks will be accepted. Bring your ST-18 or ST-10 Forms for tax exempt. Frequently asked questions: Do you have any equipment to help load? Yes, We have a telehandler. There will be staff on duty to assist with loading. Where/ How do I pay? You can pay with Cash, Card, Check, Wire, or Cashiers Check. Please come to the lower garage where we will accept your payment and print your receipt. You will need a paid receipt before loading. What if I am Tax Exempt? Please bring the applicable tax forms filled out to pickup. We will keep a copy of your tax form on file (must be updated yearly). *We cannot accept out-of state tax exempt certificates. Virginia does not honor out of state tax exemptions.
