If you transfer 4 or more guns, the fee will be an additional $5 equating to a $20 fee. The $20 fee is only applicable to purchasers who are registering 4 or more guns at a time. Fees are applicable to VA state sales tax. If you purchase more than (1) handgun and do NOT have a concealed handgun permit, Lucky Dog Auction & Realty will hold your handgun until 30 days have passed. The handgun must be paid in full and there is $15/month storage fee... Out of State ID holders: Please note: Virginia laws prohibit the transfer of handguns to out of state buyers. If you are not a Virginia resident, you will need to make arrangements to have your handgun shipped (at your expense) to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your state of residency to complete the transfer in your home state. *Your ID MUST show your Current Physical Address - NO PO boxes.
