LAND AUCTION TERMS:
A $5,000 non-refundable deposit is due immediately after confirmation of final bid and the remaining balance due at closing within 30-45 days (unless prior written arrangements have been made). If buyer is unable to close on property in the above time period, the $5,000 deposit will be forfeited to Lucky Dog Auction Company LLC. Deposit must be in the form of a cashier's check or certified check made payable to yourself, or cash.
Auctioneer reserves the right to auction any property in the catalog multi-parcel style.
Buyer is responsible for any and all closing cost.
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid, and will become part of the purchase price.
All properties sold in as-is condition, and is not contingent upon buyer's financing, condition of property, appraisal, inspection, etc.
Pre-approved (no later than 5PM on 01/19/18) broker participation is compensated.
