Seller Commission and Consignment Guide
Seller Commission Rates:
Seller commissions are based on the high bid price of each lot. Commission rates are established at the time of consignment and may vary depending on the type, quantity, condition, and value of the items. All commissions, applicable fees, and any agreed-upon expenses will be deducted from the seller’s proceeds before payment is issued. Payment is mailed within 14 days following the conclusion of the auction.

Specialty & High-Value Items:
Exceptional or high-value items may qualify for reduced commission rates. Commission rates for specialty collections, estates, and high-value individual items may be negotiated prior to consignment. Any special commission arrangement must be agreed upon in writing before the items are consigned.
Additional Expenses:
Any expenses outside of standard auction services, including but not limited to extraordinary transportation, specialized handling, storage, repairs, cleaning, or other services requested or approved by the seller, may be deducted from the seller’s proceeds. Such expenses will be disclosed and agreed upon when applicable.
Commission rates and applicable expenses will be confirmed at the time of consignment and documented on the seller’s consignment agreement.
