Payment: Invoices will be sent out directly after the auction ends. A payment link will be provided in that email. Payment can be made with that link or payment can be made in-house the following day at pickup. All payments need to be paid/complete by 6:30PM the following day of the auction.
15% buyer's premium does apply to all purchases, as does Virginia Sales Tax. A 3% discount will be given on the buyer premium to cash and GOOD check payments. We accept cash, check, and card payments.
All items are sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied.

Registration authorization is required for first time bidders prior to bidding and will be authorized on your credit card. The $50.00 is held by your individual bank or credit card company according to the length of time that they hold authorizations. This is NOT a charge from the auction company and is similar to putting down a credit card to hold a hotel reservation. If you do not make any purchases, you will have no charges against your account. This authorization is separate from your purchases and will not be applied to your final payment as it is ONLY authorized and not charged to your account.

READ WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON BEFORE YOU BID. We are not responsible for your negligence. We can not retract a bid. If you win an item, you will pay for it. We can not "undo" your purchase. If payment is not received or card is declined, we will contact you promptly to collect payment. If payment is not received within 48 hours of sale ending, you will receive a certified letter from one of our local attorneys. Please pay for your items. If you have any doubt that you'll not be able to pay for your item or items, do not bid.
Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, odors, etc.

When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.
Preview is strongly suggested to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.
All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time. If items are not picked up at scheduled pick-up time a $6 non-negotiable and non-refundable fee will be added to your final bill. If items are not picked-up within 5 business days after scheduled pickup, items will be forfeit to Lucky Dog Auction Company LLC to be resold/donated/or discarded. PLEASE COME GET YOUR ITEMS.
Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not able to assist in loading, due to insurance regulations.
You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to the auction.
All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid.
We respect your privacy. We will not release your information to anyone.
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00 plus tax. Cash payments will receive a 3% discount on the buyer's premium.

Payment will be accepted at time of pick-up. If items are not picked-up by the designated time, your card will be charged for your purchase(s) promptly upon schedule pick-up time ending + the $6 storage fee.
Preview is an “open house” to allow customers to inspect items before bidding.
Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item.
Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.
