Pickup/Removal - Tuesday, January 17th from 10AM till 5:30PM

We are a Licensed Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer. All Federal/State/Local Laws Apply.

• Unless you have a Va Concealed Handgun Permit, you can only purchase one handgun per month in the state of Va.
  IF you have a VA Concealed Handgun Permit, there are no limits on the amount of handguns you may purchase.

• You can purchase as many long guns as you wish with a satisfactory background check approved by Virginia State Police.

• Background Checks are conducted on site at the time of pick up. Please do not bid if you cannot legally own a firearm.

• Cost to transfer firearms is $15.00. The $15 fee will be added to your invoice. If you transfer 4 or more guns in the same day the fee will be an additional $5 equating to a $20 fee. The $20 fee is only applicable to purchasers who are registering 4 or more guns at a time. Fees are applicable to VA state sales tax.

• Current Photo ID with current physical address is required for all firearm purchases. (PO Box does NOT meet requirement). You must have a state issued id with CURRENT physical address.

• We cannot accept expired Drivers Licenses or Expired Concealed Carry Licenses.

• If your ID has been recently renewed: 30 days must have elapsed since the date of issue of an original or duplicate driver’s license unless a copy of the Virginia DMV Driver’s record shows the original date of issue was more than 30 days.

Preview:

• Preview is an “open house” to allow customers to inspect items prior to bidding.

• Guns are only available for inspection during the listed preview dates and times.

• Buyer is responsible to verify the caliber, safety, and integrity of any and all firearms.

• Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the items.

• Preview is highly recommended so that you may discern the quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.

• Unless specifically noted in the description, it is safe to assume the items have not been tested. You are welcome and encouraged to test any item during the scheduled preview times.

Bidding:

• You must be registered to place a bid on an item.

• By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction.

• ALL BIDS ARE FINAL.

• Note: All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. A 15% buyer premium applies to all purchases, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or good check.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for and participating in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set forth herein. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Buyer”) and Lucky Dog Auction & Realty, Inc. (“Auction Company”).

2. Buyer’s Premium

A Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases as follows:

• 15% for credit card transactions
• 12% for cash, check, or cashier’s check

3. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, check, cashier’s check, and wire transfer.
• Full payment is required prior to completion of scheduled pickup. No exceptions.
• For multi-day pickups, payment must be completed by close of business on the scheduled pickup day.
• The Auction Company reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for unpaid invoices.
• A $7 per business day late fee will be applied to unpaid invoices beyond the stated timeframe.

Payment Limits & Conditions:

• Credit cards accepted up to $5,000 (with authorization and cardholder verification).
• Checks over $5,000 require a bank guarantee letter or prior approval.
• Cash payments over $10,000 require IRS Form 8300 completion.
• The Auction Company reserves the right to hold assets and/or titles until funds are fully cleared.

4. Taxes & Title

All purchases, including Buyer’s Premiums, are subject to applicable state and local taxes unless valid exemption documentation is provided.

5. Firearm Purchases

Lucky Dog Auction & Realty, Inc. is a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer (FFL). All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

• Background checks will be conducted at pickup.
• Valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID with current physical address is required. (PO Boxes not accepted.)
• Recently issued IDs must meet the 30-day issuance requirement unless supported by DMV records.
• Transfer fee:
  • $15 per transaction
  • $20 flat fee for 4 or more firearms transferred in one day

Virginia Regulations:

• Without a valid concealed handgun permit: 1 handgun per 30 days
• With a valid concealed handgun permit: no limit
• No limit on long guns with approved background check

Important:
Buyers must be legally eligible to own firearms. Do not bid if you do not meet all legal requirements.

6. Condition of Items (As-Is Where-Is)

All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”, with no guarantees or warranties, express or implied.

• No guarantees are made regarding condition, authenticity, age, model, or functionality.
• Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding.
• Failure to inspect does not negate the Buyer’s responsibility.

7. Inspection (Preview)

• Preview periods are provided as an opportunity for inspection.
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect items personally or via a third party.
• Unless explicitly stated, items may not be tested.
• Buyers assume full responsibility for verifying all item details.

8. Bidding & Contractual Obligation

• All bids are final and binding.
• Bids may not be canceled or retracted for any reason.
• By placing a bid, you are entering into a legal obligation to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.
• Non-payment or fraudulent bidding may result in legal action.

9. Online Bidding Disclaimer

The Auction Company is not responsible for:

• Internet interruptions
• Delayed or failed bid transmissions

All bidders agree to hold the Auction Company harmless for any such issues. The Auctioneer reserves sole discretion to accept or reject any bid.

10. Auction Closing & Bid Extensions

• Online auctions close at the stated time.
• If a bid is placed within the final 59 seconds, the lot will automatically extend.
• Lots typically close at a rate of three per minute, but may vary at Auctioneer discretion.

11. Invoices & Notifications

• Winning bidders will receive an invoice via email.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing their invoices and completing payment within the required timeframe.
• Bid status notifications may not be provided in the final moments of bidding.

12. Buyer Responsibility & Risk

• Ownership transfers immediately upon the Auctioneer declaring an item sold.
• Buyers assume all risk, including loss, theft, or damage.
• The Auction Company is not liable for any post-sale damages.

13. Pickup & Removal

• Buyers are responsible for removal of all purchased items within the designated timeframe.
• Buyers are responsible for all logistics, including labor, equipment, packaging, and transportation.

14. Storage Fees

• Items not removed within 5 business days will incur a $7 per day storage fee unless prior arrangements are made.

15. Abandonment Policy

Failure to remove items within 10 business days may be considered abandonment.

In such cases, the Auction Company may:

• Dispose of the item
• Return the item to the seller
• Resell the item

If resold:

• Proceeds will be remitted to the Buyer minus selling costs, storage fees, and a 35% administrative fee

16. Hold Harmless & Liability

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless:

• Lucky Dog Auction & Realty, Inc.
• Its employees, agents, and sellers

From any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Purchase, use, or transport of items
• Errors or omissions in item descriptions

17. Agency Disclosure

The Auction Company acts solely as an agent for the seller.

• All items may be subject to reserve unless stated otherwise.
• Final bids are subject to seller confirmation when applicable.

18. Registration Authorization

• A $50 authorization hold may be placed on first-time bidders’ credit cards.
• This is not a charge and will not be applied to purchases.
• Release timing is determined by the issuing bank.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Final Acknowledgment

By registering, bidding, or participating in this auction, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to comply fully
• Accept all obligations and liabilities herein
