The $20 fee is only applicable to purchasers who are registering 4 or more guns at a time. Fees are applicable to VA state sales tax. If you purchase more than (1) handgun and do NOT have a concealed handgun permit, Lucky Dog Auction & Realty will hold your handgun until 30 days have passed.
